Starting today you pair Lawless Barbecue with your #littlebeast beer at Little Beast Brewing Beer Garden. Pitmaster Kevin Koch has moved into the new kitchen and is making some of the tastiest hardwood-smoked que we’ve had in Portland.

We slow smoke our pulled pork for over 12 hours using Oregon oak and finish cooking it with some apple juice, our pork rub, and some sauce before putting it on your sandwiches with IPA pickles and vinegar slaw.
I’m not sure who’s buying it in a can but be afraid, be very afraid.
We just opened and it is a BEAUTIFUL day for Barbecue ❤️🔥
